INSPECT FOR EMF EMR  AND OTHER RADIATION SOURCES BEFORE THE GENERAL INSPECTION

It is unfortunate that many home buyers purchase homes unknowingly in areas with a high presence of the EMR fields. This is especially true of homes built in the building boom starting in 2000 as land became more scarce construction's high pace overlooked or ignored the overhead lines in many areas. Although most areas clearly acceptable there are some areas that are highly questionable. In fact many may have been at low level but later the EMF/RF/HV/EMR levels and presence increased as demands increased.

LOOK AT THE LOCATION CAREFULLY

Often the sources are concealed in unidentified boxed structures, look like smoke sacks, disguised as trees or fat flag poles, hidden behind fences, trees, bushes, signs and unseen and not detectable by the common meters being used by the uncertified or unlicensed. A complete and proper survey must be performed. Such surveys are extremely complex and not to be performed by the common home inspector, by the novice, the inexperienced (we have 40+ years experience), untrained, uncertified or unlicensed for such related surveys and assessments.

The mere fact you have high voltage tower does not mean there is a risk present.
